Sunter Ltd are a Construction  Company with a wide and varied expertise within the industry.

Formed in 1973 originally as Sunter Bros, incorporated as Sunter Ltd in 1998.

The Board of Directors consisted of original owner Mr Terry Sunter along with wife Maureen. They were joined on the Board by Lee Sunter & Kevin Stubbs in 2004.

During difficult times within the industry, Sunter have actually increased workforce and turnover, providing invaluable jobs and opportunities within the local area and economy.

Directly employing over 80 people in various professional and skilled trades, increasing to over 100 by having a varied Approved List of Sub-Contractors.

We specialise in Social Housing and Regeneration and cover all aspects of the building industry.

With a turnover in excess of £8m we are a medium sized ethical enterprise with large goals.
